855bet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing and using any service offered by 855bet — including Sports Betting, live casino, crash games, poker, promotions, and the VIP Program — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you should not create an account or use 855bet's services.

These Terms form the legal agreement between you (the "User") and 855bet ("the Platform", "we"). They apply to all users, regardless of how the platform is accessed — whether via a mobile browser, tablet, or desktop computer.

2. Registration & Eligibility

To use 855bet's services, you must complete the registration process with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. 855bet reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any account that contains false or inaccurate information.

Eligibility Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be on any active self-exclusion list at 855bet or in any responsible gambling programs recognized in Brazil;
• Not acting on behalf of third parties or operating professionally as a bettor for another person's benefit;
• Not be an employee, service provider, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of 855bet.

One account per user

Each user may hold only one active account on 855bet. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. Duplicate accounts identified by 855bet will be closed, and any pending balances — including bonuses and unsettled winnings — may be suspended pending review.

3. Your 855bet Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential, and for all activity carried out on your account. We strongly recommend using a unique password and enabling two-step verification whenever available.

855bet will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you receive any message requesting your password, ignore it and report it to support immediately. 855bet is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence in managing their credentials.

Account Information

You must keep your account details up to date — especially your phone number, email address, and linked payment information. If your banking details or withdrawal method change, 855bet may require email confirmation or additional verification before processing your next withdrawal.

Your 855bet account balance is denominated in Brazilian reais (BRL). No currency conversion or exchange rate applies to any transaction. All amounts displayed on the platform are in R$.

4. Deposits

855bet accepts the following deposit methods for Brazilian users: Pix, boleto bancário, credit card, debit card, Mercado Pago, PicPay, and TED bank transfer via banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies or via payment methods not listed in this section.

Limits & processing

• Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00 per transaction;
• Maximum deposit: varies by payment method and account tier — VIP users may have higher limits;
• Processing via Pix: instant, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
• Bank slip (Boleto): approval within 3 business days after payment;
• Credit card: approval within 2 hours, subject to operator approval.

855bet does not accept deposits made by third parties. The account holder of the payment method used for the deposit must match the 855bet account holder. Deposits identified as coming from third parties may be returned and the account may be flagged for additional verification.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real balance — funds from deposits and winnings, excluding bonuses still subject to rollover — at any time, provided your account is verified and no active restrictions apply. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in the account holder's name.

Withdrawal limits & timeframes

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00;
• Maximum daily withdrawal: R$ 50,000.00 for standard users; Diamond VIP members have differentiated limits;
• Pix timeframe: up to 5 minutes for VIP members; up to 24 hours for standard users;
• Withdrawal fee: free for standard Pix withdrawals. Other methods may carry operational fees indicated at the time of the request.

Verification before withdrawal

For withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or for a user's first withdrawal, 855bet may request identity verification documents (KYC process). The review period is up to 48 hours after complete documentation is submitted. Withdrawals may be held during this period without constituting a default on the part of 855bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

855bet offers welcome bonuses, free spins, cashback, odds boosts, reload bonuses, and special promotions for events such as Brasileirão, Copa Libertadores da América, and domestic championships. Each promotion has its own specific terms published on the 855bet Promotions page.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses granted by 855bet are subject to a rollover requirement — the bonus amount multiplied by a factor ranging from 15× to 30× depending on the promotion;
• The rollover must be completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion, generally 7 days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover is not completed within the allotted time are automatically removed with no refund;
• Cancelled, voided, or below-1.50-odds bets generally do not contribute to rollover — check the specific promotion for details;
• 855bet reserves the right to revoke bonuses in cases of abusive use, attempted arbitrage, or violation of these Terms;
• Each user may participate in any given promotion only once, unless otherwise stated in the offer description.

7. Sports Betting

855bet offers pre-match and live betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores da América, Campeonato Carioca, Campeonato Paulista, Premier League, and more), basketball (NBB), volleyball, MMA/UFC, e-sports, and over 40 other sports. Bets become binding at the moment the bet slip is confirmed by the 855bet system.

General Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user once accepted by the system;
• 855bet may limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or events without prior notice;
• In the event of an obvious odds error — a technical fault generating odds clearly outside market range — 855bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount;
• Live betting is subject to broadcast delays. 855bet is not responsible for bets placed based on information obtained with an unfair time advantage;
• The official result is determined by the governing body responsible for the event (CBF, CONMEBOL, etc.) at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified in the relevant market.

Voided bets

A bet is voided and the amount returned to the user's balance when: the event is cancelled before it begins; the event does not reach the minimum regulatory time required by the wagered market; or a ruling by the sports authority renders the result indeterminate. Voided bets do not count toward bonus rollover requirements.

8. Casino & Games

Casino games available on 855bet — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, and table games — are provided by licensed third-party suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Spribe, and BGaming. 855bet acts as a distributor of these providers' platforms and does not interfere with game outcomes.

All games use certified random number generators (RNG). The RTP — return to player — for each game is audited by the providers and is available in the description of each title on 855bet. RTP is calculated over a very large number of rounds and does not guarantee any particular outcome in individual sessions.

Game technical failures

If a technical failure interrupts a round or game session before a result is determined, 855bet will attempt to restore the game to its previous state based on provider logs. If restoration is not possible, the amount wagered on the interrupted round will be credited back to the user's balance. Winnings generated solely as a result of a proven technical failure will not be paid out.

9. Prohibited Conduct

855bet is used in good faith. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with balances held for review:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent platform limits;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates or replaces human action on the platform;
• Systematically arbitraging odds between 855bet and other platforms with the sole intent of exploiting odds differences rather than placing genuine entertainment bets;
• Sharing an account with other users or transferring balances between accounts;
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system by betting on both sides of the same event using different accounts (hedge betting) in order to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk;
• Conducting suspicious financial transactions, including deposits followed by withdrawals with no real gambling activity, in a manner that may constitute money laundering;
• Using another user's information to create or access an account on 855bet.

10. Identity Verification (KYC)

855bet may request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when unusual account activity is detected. This process is known as KYC — Know Your Customer — and is part of the platform's compliance obligations.

Documents that may be requested

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport);
• Proof of residence dated within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used;
• Selfie holding your document, if requested by the security team.

The review period is up to 48 hours after full, legible documentation has been submitted. Withdrawals may be held during this time. If verification is not completed by the user within 30 days of the request, 855bet may close the account and return the real deposited balance to the original payment method, minus any bonuses.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

You can close your 855bet account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any open bets will remain active until settled, and your available real balance will be paid out via Pix after identity verification.

Closure initiated by 855bet

855bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: violation of any clause of these Terms; submission of false information during registration; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; request by a competent authority; or inactivity for more than 24 months with no available balance.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 855bet is not obligated to return any bonuses or winnings directly resulting from the violating conduct. The real-money deposit balance may be refunded to the user following an internal review, provided there is no evidence of fraud in the account history.

12. Privacy & LGPD

855bet collects and processes users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected includes registration details, payment information, betting history, and access logs, used for platform operation, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

855bet is not responsible for financial losses resulting from the outcome of bets or games — which are inherently risky activities consciously accepted by the user upon creating an account. 855bet is also not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by telecommunications failures, internet infrastructure issues, or scheduled maintenance communicated in advance;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence;
• Withdrawal delays caused by banking restrictions beyond 855bet's control, such as Banco Central Pix system failures or blocks imposed by the receiving bank;
• Content from third-party websites accessed through external links that may appear on the platform.

Under no circumstances will 855bet's total liability to an individual user exceed the real balance available in that user's account at the time the liability-generating event occurred.

15. Changes to the Terms

855bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Previous versions of these Terms are archived and can be requested through support. The date of the last update is always displayed at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed about 855bet's conditions of use.

16. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of 855bet shall be submitted to the courts of the District of São Paulo – SP, Brazil, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged.

If any clause of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitration ruling, the remaining clauses continue to be fully valid and in effect. 855bet may, at its discretion, replace the invalid clause with a valid provision of equivalent effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 855bet regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements, oral or written, on the same subject.
